Simple Steps to Detox

It's always a good time to refresh our bodies, show them some love, and allow them to work efficiently and work at 100%! When we give our bodies a chance to heal, our energy, mood, EVERYTHING improves. Anxiety can decrease, digestion improves, we begin to feel more focused, and so on.

  1. End your day with a hot epsom salt bath to help draw toxins out of your skin. Add some ginger for some extra heat to amp up the detoxification process!
  2. Drink a large glass of water with fresh lemon first thing in the morning.
  3. Dry brush your skin. Start at your fingertips and work your way towards the heart.
  4. Eat clean.
  5. Sweat it out.
  6. Breathe deep.

Circulation, release of toxins, balancing the body's pH, and reducing acidity is an important part of gaining a higher level of health. Do your part: love your body each and every day. It's more than worth it.
